Before You Book
Drop-off Policy
- Available Drop-off Times: 7:30am-9am & 11am-12pm
- Rates are based on 24 hours. Additional half daycare or full daycare charges may apply if pick-up goes beyond the drop-off time.
- No drop-offs accepted after 12pm
- Late arrivals will be turned away or charged $20 per 10 minutes (no grace period)
Reservations & Holidays
- Reservations must be made prior to 11am on the day before otherwise there is a late reservation fee: $10/dog for daycare, $25 for boarding
- For same-day availability, text: 301-263-5887
- We are closed on all major holidays for drop-offs. If you would like care during a holiday, you must drop off before noon on the day before.
